Living Props was set up by Brian Maslin and Michael Lambert over twelve years ago. Between them they have many years of experience as Set Dressers and suppliers of natural scenery and effects to the Television and Film industry.
The Company is situated just across the M25 from Pinewood Studios in Iver Heath Buckinghamshire, with ten acres of plantations, temperate and tropical glasshouses & barns for artificial foliage and flower storage. Our new office is an impressive building of green oak and stock bricks. You are invited to visit us in Sevenhills Road and wander around.

Drawing on our years of experience it is possible, on locations or studio, to reproduce tropical jungles, steamy rain forests, swamps, woodland, and desert sets through to street scenes and acres of wheat and corn fields.
We can offer advice to support your own research for an authentic period garden. Whether urban or rural, from the classic garden look of turf and paving surrounded by overflowing beds of cultivated blooms, to a labyrinth of winding paths and secret areas with overhanging shrubs and wildflowers.
We have a vast stock of artificial flowers from Europe and the tropics for your out-of-season requirements. Aged down sheds and fencing, dressed with climbers add to that established look. There are period tools and garden accessories, and you can choose from our selection of pond and water features or get serious with one of our real Italian fountains.
