Viable at the Design Museum

Viable, the dynamic design studio, have been selected to exhibit their work at the Design Museum this September with ‘Design Mart’, an event which showcases the work of emerging design stars at its prestigious venue overlooking the Thames.

The Viable designers, Magnus Long, Charles Trevelyan and Gala Wright, will co-curate their work in the museum during the exhibition, which runs from 20th September 2006 to 7th January 2007.

Viable officially launched at the London Design Festival in September, 2005 at a unique and exciting venue in Kings Cross with live music and cocktails. The show won them a prize for Best Appearance at an Exhibition, from Hidden Art.

Most recently the studio launched 14 new designs at the Salone Satellite during the Milan furniture fair in April, in the new Milan Fairground at Rho-Pero. Their work gained considerable attention, with interest from both press and the manufacturing industry.

“One of the most interesting new collectives on the scene, Viable is definitely one to watch”.
