Helen E Riegle is guided by a vision to create contemporary handbags that are funky, chic, and manufactured responsibly. Her first season’s designs have drawn the interest of select retailers in Palm Beach, Naples, Nantucket, and Martha’s Vineyard, to name just a few. She is also a member
of New York-based Trunkt, an exclusive community of independent designers.

A graduate of Preston University in England, where she studied graphic design, Helen built a career in the museum and exhibition design industry, managing installations throughout Europe, North America, and Australia.  The exposure to diverse social and natural histories – coupled with her study of the masterworks of Owen Jones, William Morris, and Louis Comfort Tiffany – has clearly informed her work.
Helen models her designs on objects found in nature. Coupling her “green chic” aesthetic and business ideals to favour pure silk, hemp canvas, and other sustainable materials over leather, Helen’s handbags are a perfect complement to values that are really just taking hold in the public – values like personal responsibility and self-awareness.
She identifies with women of style who put thought into what they wear.
