The three vase shapes in this series are identical as regards colour and shape but have subtle differences in volume and direction.

In collabortion with Royal Leerdam Crystal, the designs are made purely by hand, produced by blowing alone. The barely perceptible pale powder tone emphasises the feeling of volume and provides an optimum balance.
The choice of crystal comes from a long-cherished desire of the designer. Van Oosterhout's designs are about purity and intimacy. The material appeals very much to the imagination.
'Silence' is a limited edition of 35 pieces, each having a certificate of authenenticity and a signature.
